No, all joking aside, this is the first time in my life and I honestly need it to go away. It's super annoying and I have waaaay too much crap to get done in life. (My kiddo just started school again, for instance.) I literally have no time to be sick!

Happy Belated Halloween! I hate the flu!
I hope everyone had a safe and fun Halloween (if you celebrate)! Mine was actually pretty cool! We got to go to a Harvest Festival, our first with our daughter, and she got a ton of candy and had lots of fun!

Then I caught a cold from my dad, and like a chain reaction, so did my husband and then finally, my daughter. I was so exhausted and had such a high fever, I honestly thought I finally caught Covid (though thankfully, it was just a bad flu). I ended up having to stay up all night with my daughter, as she had a 103 degree fever for most of the night she caught the flu.
The sleep depravation was real. XD
We're all much better now so in between my busy schedule and gaming, I hope to post more art very soon. I'm hoping to put out more dynamic pictures, showcasing more movement, including fighting! Also backgrounds!

And very time consuming. XD Now that I've gotten a bulk of what I wanted done in the game, I should start posting art again this coming week, as I've finally gotten some pieces done to share. I have a tone of ideas swimming around but not nearly enough time in the day to get it all done.

Okay...so...I *technically* wasn't on hiatus-or not a traditional one I am usually on anyway. I was just doing a different kind of artistic work by making home decor. From Christmas tree toppers to door hangers and and general wall decorations, I've been pretty busy with and just now really finally settled down in the last week to finally start back up on my digital artwork.
That and I was still figuring out where everything was/how it works on here now, though I think I got the hang of it finally-ish. XD
Anyway, I hope everyone has been doing well and generally just have been having a great life, time, whatever it is that's been going on in your life! I'll start posting more normally again this week (already changed my header and avatar recently) and hope to do so a bit more often now that summer is coming up and I'll have a bit more free time!
